RF Chamber Relocation

Designed and built a chamber using existing components from 3 different chambers to include a non-standard double door.

Increased the height of an existing chamber from 10.8 x 6.0 x 4.0m to 6.4m and installed ferrite tiles. The chamber was RF tested and checked to meet the EMC test criteria.

Modified and built an existing RF chamber that had been dismantled and relocated to a new testing facility in South Australia.

EMC Bayswater (EMC Technologies) is one of Australia’s leading EMC/EMI testing laboratories. RFI Shielding was engaged to move 6 existing chambers. We condensed and modified two of them into one to include ferrite tiles anechoic absorbers and a double door. The final performance was better than the base line test before the relocation.

Relocation of an existing Belling-Lee chamber from one Defence base to another. The Chamber was reworked and serviced to exceed existing performance.
